At Metis Academy, we strive to provide transparency in all transactions. Here's our Refund & Cancellation policy.

1. Cancellation Policy

● Service-Based Orders (like admissions, training, test prep): Can be canceled within 24 hours of booking. ● Product Orders (uniforms, books, etc.): Cancellation is allowed only before dispatch. ● Events/Tours: Non-cancellable once the itinerary or participation is confirmed.

2. Refund Policy

● Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations. ● Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days. ● In cases of partial services used, pro-rata refund may be considered. ● Processing or convenience fees are non-refundable.

3. No Refund Scenarios

● If a service was rendered as agreed. ● If cancellation is requested after the allowed window. ● If user fails to provide required documentation or information.

4. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases (vendor failure, unavailability, overbooking), a full refund will be issued, or a replacement service will be offered.
